I think most likely your bank thought the repetitive payment is a fraud and halt the processing. cc credit limit?

Then comes my payment issues.. cards (Visa, master, different banks, different name..) not accepted. But finally get through after I link my credit card to paypal and use paypal to pay directly. their instruction in FB not really clear. fyi, if u already manage to checkout, it mean u have secured that deal. only waiting for payment.
