it will be refunded/reserved later, normally within 24 hours, dun worry.  smile.gif

For new Paypal users, dun expect you can get your new paypal account to go thru smoothly the first time coz there will be many authentication issue.  These authentications are to safeguard our interest, so can't blame them.  Best is to buy something with your new paypal account first before the real deal to make sure your paypal works without problem and any issue should be able to sort out with the bank.
*
If you link it to your Citi Bank Cc, it just go through in a breeze even its a new on the spot Paypal signup like mine.

not really, it will be a case by case basis.  My primary CC in my Paypal is Citibank and it get rejected, previously works fine.  Luckily i got another secondary CC (CMIB) setup in Paypal.
*
I just key in my Paypal on the fly without prior registration and it went through and USD 1 was charged on my CiTi account.

paypal yes. saying " You sent a payment of RM935.00 MYR to Xiaomi Malaysia Sdn Bhd. "
*
My case same as you.

I believe you can ask for reversal of pymt from Paypal back to your Citi ac as both are American companies.

Surprisingly not a lot of reviews in youtube for MI3 or the Mi-key..

Saw in gsmarena MI3 supports DC-HSDPA, i wonder how fast that is compared to normal HSDPA?

laugh.gif
*
On Maxis, if HSDPA gives you abt 7Mbps , while on DC HSPA+ , it flies at 14Mbps

DC = Dual Channel of bandwidth
