nolah.. even they wanted to sue, they have to make sure they got the patent ma.. they sue samsung because samsung clearly violated their patents.. just look at samsung devices before iPhone was launched. And to make it worse, samsung is the one that sells most parts to Apple for the production of iPhones.

And after that, they came out with similar phones like iPhones. And again, what make it worse was, they are accusing Apple to infringe their patents... LoL..
