As the topic suggests, i'm wondering what are the processes of upgrading my 10 day free trial pass account into a full one. Story is that i managed to get my grubby hands on a 2nd hand WoW copy and if i'm not mistakened, the key has been registered to the previous owner. So, by using the 10 day free trial, i'll be able to play for err 10 days but am wondering what happens next? Can i use my credit card to upgrade my account or will i need to buy a new copy of the starter pack to continue.
Please help.

no you dont need to buy a new copy.. after u upgrade the trial to full account, you can still play it like you have bought a new copy of WoW.. jus that you dont have the installation cd.. but you can use the link provided by blizzard to download the whole WoW installer.. =) it's cheaper that way..

Please help. if u bought the 2nd hand wow copy, then u should use the username/password registered by the previous owner. U can't upgrade the trial acc to normal one unless u have a new CD key.

i think Echhtros mean he used the 2nd hand wow copy to "REFER TO FRIEND" account, that mean he used the account to refer himself a 10-day-free-trial, registered under him name.. in that case, he can upgrade that trial account to full using credit card without buying a new copy of wow.. cd key is provided during the upgrading process..
Cause i dont think he mean he get a 2nd 10 day trial lol.. that doesn't make any sense cuz it's 2nd i think must be over than 10 days?? =D

If you have a credit card, you can just purchase a key from Blizzard. Then upgrade to a normal account using that key.
No need to get another installer.
