Web Applications Need help in yahoo mail box., How to solve this problem??

Hi champion around LYN, i had this two problem with my yahoo mail box. Just wondering can anyone of you out there can help me to solve it?
1. The Bulk unread mail can't be clear. ut when you click into the bulk folder itself it show "This folder is empty". I tried to disable the spam function but it doesn't work. 2. Have a business account, but no more working in the company. So anyway to remove the account?  Please anyone out there guide me in this. Does it really bother you if the spam message ar in the bulk folder?
