hye all..hope dun mind if dis noob ask many questions. got many things in mind. acer's comp lock what feature for oc? is dis possible for me to oc after i change BIOS only?

where can i get Config Computers? is dat software ?
rigmasters.. after i get this, can i unlock my BIOS ? the mobo sure lousy..  BIOS only provide several options  |

change mobo.. dats my last choice i think..
 my priority now is getting a 'cool' cooling system n then oc.. all suggest me to change mobo too? other suggestion ? |

i have check the BIOS..really.. its show the voltage n lil bit info but can't change them..
 isnt any way we can use other BIOS with more feature in my comp? of coz.. without changing the mobo.. |
