i got this constipation problem since young and now i got piles (chi chong) at my rectum (backside) there. it is serious when i after pee and work around the piles will appear big and pain.sometimes i pee got red blood .anyone got this problem? wat can i do abt it? thanks

drink a lot of water and you can try to eat the "psyllium seed husk". It can be get from any health store or organic shop. It helps a lot for me.

If its external and u can see it then u might be able to use creams to numb and shrink the 'growth'. Like Anusol.

If there is great discomfort u might need to go to a surgeon where your intestine has prolapsed. Thats quite serious and painful.

But u should not be peeing blood if it's piles.

Please see a doctor asap.
