Im 27 years old male. i have a plan to do surgery in my right shoulder. My shoulder have recurent dislocation.
I dislocate it while playing basketball
I plan to do my surgery with Dr Tang Weng Chong in Lam Wah Ee hospital penang.

The reason i choose him is because he is a kind person and the surgery cost in lam wah ee is cheaper than in Island hospital. Only Rm 11k. While in island hospital is about 20k.

Anyone know dr Tang Weng Chong from lam wah ee hospital? Is he good?

Or can anyone suggest me any other good orthopedic surgeon in penang? And not the expensive one if possible.

I plan to do my suergery on 27th may 2014.

If cost is an issue then you don't have any other choice as LWEH is the cheapest around. Furthermore, you could apply for welfare if you need financial assistance.
