great tomorrow i go sapu pipe mario.

the build quality is better than I thought, paint job is great too, better than the pokemon series.

i was expecting more...once i notice the question mark brick wif sticker...and the paint was so-so...i abandon my desire to purchase it...

then again, i shudn't have expect so much for a free gift frm happy meal...

Agreed.. the quality is quite good!
And Mario's look is quite close to his vg counterpart, not like those fakey clones from the shop

So popular la Mario compared to Pokemon.. I remember in my area the Pokemon series not selling well until they try to sell it outside the counter area

they didn't advertise this at all, i thought there only hello kitty ,no picture of mario at all

Yup no advertisement in my area McD too, they are promoting the Hello Kitty instead -perhaps it's more profitable, it definitely sells better.

When I went to buy the Mario Coin Block last Friday, they still offer last weeks' selections for me to choose from so I think you can still buy the first week designs depending on supply surplus.

Maybe they only offer you Yoshi because Mario Coin Block is sold out? It's the best one so far IMO, maybe you can try other outlets.

depends on outlets I think

first I went to the one nearest to my house, bought a combo meals and told them I want to buy the toys only, but was denied the request, claimed the toys were only available with happy meals.

few days later went to another outlet, ordered a combo meal also, tried my luck again, this time they allowed me to buy, and let me choose, and I bought 3 that I missed. Cost me RM3 each.
