Yeah u can get that amount if you work on contractual basis for companies like Shell. Otherwise the reality is that with 2 years of experience ur salary is only RM5k like a friend of mine.

By front end, do you mean interacting with customers / end users? Are u still interested in technical line or thinking of moving to functional?
