anyone has any idea, Suabgn got any organic shop that selling alot of seeds?

In subang I believe there is one around taipan area.. but i don't have the exact address..

i think those are pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, flax seed and a lot more. Eat a lot with those seed with my oat breakfast, nice to eat with

Look around there...

Jayajusco Isetan etc have that one section which have the Organic products beans,seeds,bran,salt,sugar,molasses,raw sugar etc.

But I find these products are much cheaper in Singapore. Whenever I am over there (a lot) I buy a whole bunch back to KL. And also cooked and packed pork products like Salamis and such from Italy coz they are so cheap!!! And cheeses,again so cheap!

um... pet food dont exactly fit with the whole "health and fitness" thing, i'll let it go since the seeds are eaten by humans with oats and such.
