What paperwork are you doing anyway? Is it your job function, and why do you have to do so much?

paperwork..... emmm.... I dont actually love it but i am damn good at it! bcos it was a major part of my job description... i used to work in agency/marketing channel recruitment, training and development. so every quarter we need to come up with new campaigns, gambits to attract, retain and manage the salesforce. every new initiative or incentive must be proposed to management. need at least three kinds of paperwork
1. descriptive proposal (management proposal)
2. costing and return on investment paperwork
3. implementation and milestone paperwork

i was so damn good that i even manage to do part time job writing business plans, loan proposals and such for other companies...

Is there any room for career adavancement for these kinda jobs and is the pay good?
Might consider trying it out because it sounds.....easy? lol.

who says anything about career advancement? i had to do it cos otherwise there wont be any program to run... when no program, what to put in appraisal? where got increment? its part of the job

later when doing freelance, its just for the money, tedious as hel, but u get paid doing what u're already good at.

my work also involves with paper...eventhough i hate it very much cause its give me papercut (damn painful) everysingle day without fail, i still need to work on it...
