he said this is ANCAP version

Hi everyone, i just collected my Saga FLX 1.3 EXECUTIVE yesterday. When i reached, i saw my saga flx without door window visor , muffler tip , trunk boot lit. Then i asked the SA , he said this is ANCAP version . So i have no choice but to accept it since i tut those stated will be given.
If i want to purchase those things , what will the price be?

P/s:well anyway it's a good car.

So, ayam gonna gib u a list of stuff that a EXEC version has, whereas SV doesn't. I will add in the estimated cost of UPGRADE

1) 14" Alloy wheel
sv) 13" rim kompang(buy from tayar shop, trade in the original 13" immediately after got out of factory would cost RM400)

2) Quality coil floor mat with Plotong Thundercat logo.
sv) Ultra thin fabric floor mat(buy original from Plotong cost RM120, or go Tesco buy without logo would cost RM29)

3) Boot lamp
sv) Tarak, not even wire(Add boot lamp at accessories shop RM50, DIY less than RM20, prolly looks better than EXEC stock lamps)

4) Muffler tip
sv) Tarak (go five gold shop buy 6" diameter x 3" long stainless steel pipe for RM8. Drill a hole and screw it on. Walauweh! +100horse powah! If normal tip go add at exhaust shop, RM80)

5) ABS
sv) Tarak (To add up, will cost roughly around 4k, also depending whether the mech is competitive to do so)

6) Boot handler, door open lever came with paint that matches body color
sv) Black original plastic color (Get it painted at shops would cost RM100, DIY RM5 for all 4 doors and rear boot handler)

7) Kosong on the left side of the boot lid
sv) Got a huge SV logo on the left side of the boot lid (scrape it off if you don't want. Before that, come forum make an offer, god knows you get to sell it for a price if you're lucky)

8) CD player with USB/Auxiliary input
sv) Tarak (The ranjiao Clarion if you wish to buy from Plotong, it would cost you RM1500. Better go for after market, probably below RM300 ady got good quality)

9) Steering column audio control
sv) Tarak (but if upgraded after market below RM300 player ady got remote control, if die die want original steering control, can lar + RM250 from Plotong part)

10) Cushion fabric seat
sv) Some said it's thinner, I don't know I find them the same (go to used car dealer find an EXEC version, offer tauke a price to exchange your NEW seat with the old EXEC seat, may be like RM200)

11) Stock tint that can bubble in a year or 2 later
sv) Go ask for DaBestOne for RM180 nia

You decide la. If you ask me, SV is a damn good deal as I get to choose what I need to add in. But the only drawback is always about the ABS, as original factory fitted ABS are always the best balanced system and well tested in controlled environment.
You get light weight, not even 1 air bag was in the car
Your boot handler got paint ady, SV dun hab
You don't need to bear with the SV logo people laugh at

saga SV is built according to ASEAN NCAP. better safety but less accesories than standard version.

WTF does he means ANCAP version??? ANCAP is a safety standard, not a variant or a version of a car..

If I'm not mistaken Proton simply cancelled Saga versions with less than 2 airbags... all specs now have 2 airbags. It won't be safer than higher spec Sagas that already had 2 airbags... it's just as good.

Maybe the SA just meant that the car he handed over is one that gets a 3 star crash test rating in ASEAN NCAP (or does he really mean ANCAP? The Australian version did receive 3 stars).

Without window visor and muffler tip that is saga sv, standard has those ..
