Still stuck with 1.5mbps up and down

I don't torrent much and there is rarely anyone using the internet
nor do I stay in high rise building

I don't have time to dance around with those tech support

Johor, Permas Jaya, before streamyx also disconnect very often

I will complain when I have the time, cause they will sure ask me to do this and that which will take at least one hour

oh and VIP5 (not that it matter since everyone is going to be stuck with the same speed)
notebook connected to TM router via cable, Firmware Version: 1.06TM, router:L7-N-R2000
been getting the same speed for a month, my notebook can use 10mbps internet without any choking

They came all the way just to update my router firmware?
