Problem is I can't get through the Quick Setup.
When I click quick setup it asks me for Annex A/B. I tried both but still failed.
Internet status now: Disconnected
Anyone can help? thanks

Guy, I just bought a Asus N12E today. Plugged in cable from modem to LAN1, LAN2 to PC, HyppTV to LAN4.

QUOTE(raynman @ Aug 30 2014, 10:26 PM) You should plug in the LAN cable from the modem to the WAN port (blue colour, with a globe sign) of the router, not the LAN1 port. It's a different router, which is not compatible with UniFi. (no WAN port)![]() QUOTE(xperiaVuser @ Aug 30 2014, 10:47 PM) I've realised it just now too....Stupid store guy said it was UniFi compatible. I think i'm gonna go back tomorrow to ask for an exchange. Hope they'll let me even though i've opened the box and registered the warranty |

QUOTE(xperiaVuser @ Aug 30 2014, 11:00 PM) Because that is cheaper than the one you bought, don't think they will refund you the balance... usually shops won't do that. If you are living in two storey... more reason to get the RT-N12HP. Alright, thanks for the advice! I shall join the faster side of UniFi tomorrow |
