Thought I was the only one. Yea, same here. My ping spikes up especially in the afternoon whenever I play games. But download speed and webpage loading seems to be alright :/

hey guys been wondering, if am an existing unifi user, if i use the tm wifi spot thats available around the malls/shops/etc will they charge my unifi account??

or is it free for broadband users?

i am curious too, i dont have the TM Wifi login username or pass, it is free for unifi user right?

when you install the unifi, tm will send one email "UniFi Service Order Confirmation", inside got the TM wifi username,
or you can goto https://occ.unifi.my/ to check your username and sent your password

yes, i saw the username in my unifi service order confirmation, but how about password? i login to unifi portal but dont have, inside myServices only have iShield and Online Guard pass and serial

after you login unifi portal, click the "Change Service Password", you can change your TM Wifi password there.

guys, saw the latest promo that if u subscribe unifi online will get https://www.tm.com.my/Home/broadband/unifi/...ckages-VIP.aspx with 1 month subscription.

Is that the best promo if compare i apply directly TM / agents?

What brand/model of broadband equipment are TM providing for new Unifi customers?

You mean the fibre modem, the wireless router and the STB are all Huawei products?

More or less the same. Last time I applied get 1.5 months rebate.

the modem is ALCATEL LUCENT I 240G T
the router is Huawei TRG212M
STB is Huawei EC6106V5

anyone having problem with youtube? My speed is ok, ping ok. Surf website, dload all no problem. Did pingtest at pingtest.net I got an 'A', so no problem in connection. But when it comes to youtube need to wait buffering. Is it just me or anyone else having same problem?

upgrade to VIP5 first if you need to pay RM199 for VIP10 biggrin.gif soon or later TM staff will call you for upgrade to VIP10 from VIP5 for RM179

Got upgrade to 10Mbps but pay only RM179. Less RM20 for lifetime. Promotion from Unifi.
