If I were to choose the RM179 upgrade plan without the hypptv, how do I proceed without waiting until a staff rep calls me?
As I went to a TMNet branch and was told I've to wait for the call from the center. |

That means I have to wait for their sales rep to call? |

QUOTE(orangutan @ Aug 2 2014, 04:32 PM) I have called and check with TM and they say its actually the first bill for 1 month period after you upgrade that you will be charged for an extra fee and the subsequent month will be back to RM179. What exactly are the charges incurred called is beyond me. However i do know my previous package bill was waived away and the RM206 was just for the upgraded package. Customer Service lady wasn't entirely clear with the whole charges as i can tell English isn't her strong language in explanation. |
