it pops up every time
i suspect it pops up even tho the server I'm trying to contact is on
its as if telekom just route to them for advert money

example i try repeatedly to connect to an oversea website this afternoon
just for it to bounce to their stupid ad page..1,2,3,4,5..10 times refresh STILL THE SAME
i use my phone and type the address in... and guess what. its connected instantly
piece of crap (money grabbing, monopolising) routing by streamyx/unifi i must say
paying so much for their crappy service and now forcing me to read their annoying add again
changing all my dns to google dns from now on

yep, think so.

these popups are hiding in the browser addons/extensions.

need spybot, anti malware n the like to get rid of them.

really, pain in the ass...

For Example, if you are using chrome, click on the 3 lines icon ( top right corner of your browser), Settings - Extension (left panel) - delete the unwanted extensions/ extension that you did not install or you did know what it do.

Then Go back to the Setting - Show advance settings - reset browser setting.

If you get his midas thing on all browser ( IE,firefox, chrome) you might be infected by malware.. if only 1 browser have this, you may try the above method.

good luck

Did you do portforward?
Also, are you using stock TM router or 3rd party router?

TP-Link TL-WR841ND Utorrent Port Forward Guide: http://portforward.com/english/routers/por...ND/Utorrent.htm

By the way, I've seen on the status bar of your utorrent it says "Stopped by transfer cap".
Why did you enable the Transfer Cap? UniFi doesn't have quota yet.

Option -> Preferences -> Transfer Cap
Then untick the "Enable Transfer Cap"

Once you've done that, go to Option -> Preferences -> BitTorrent
And follow my settings as per the screenshot below.
