Q and A HRMS Software - Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recommendation Required

Good day everyone,

I would like to know if you have any recommendation for HRMS Software.
The company I work for has existing HR Software but the software has too many issues and bugs which we could not take it further.

My requirements as following :

1. A full end-to-end HR based software comprising HR Information System, Self Service Leave Application & Approval, Attendance Monitoring & Payroll
2. For an organization with 1200 workforce and still growing
3. Able to extract data from our existing Attendance Software - can be via text format or direct extract from database
4. An off the shelf application with minimum customization


If any of you have good & reliable vendors who could provide such software platform, please recommend with their contact information.

I have Googled and contacted a few vendors and they are sending their proposals but I would like to get further recommendations & advice as well.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I have gone thru the online product demo of Workday.com and they are more focused towards Cloud based solutions.

I am looking for an off the shelf solution which I could integrate my current Attendance System with HR eLeave & Payroll together on one platform.

More recommendations are most welcomed. smile.gif

Purelogic seems to have a complete end-to-end HRMS system. I will contact them.

there are few of them which is providing HRMS solution on SaaS basis.

There is a program called SME Cloud Computing Adoption Programme by Digital Malaysia
This program allows SME to claim up to RM750 if SME subscribe to any of the below software solution.

This is very interesting. Although SaaS wasn't an option for us earlier, after reading quite a bit, I will also consider this as well.

BOSS Solution. they get regular update base on gov rules. got yearly subscription fees that you need to pay, but at least you don need to worry bugs issue.
