[COLOR=blue]ECO majestic located just beside SEH. if from Semenyih Sentral town it quite far a bit. EM almost near to Beranang. its opposite Bandar Tasik Kesuma. in future there got highway link to Lekas, so for who wanna go to Seremban is very convenient. i stay in Semenyih for 10 years. anyhow i oso purchases a unit in SEH.

IMHO, its quite far away from kajang/KL. if for investment u need more time to hold since Semenyih is just a developing town n its not a mature town like puchong. somemore the rental price is too low doesn't reflect the actual purchase price.

Yes.....it is very close....and thats the main attraction why ppl wants to buy EM and SEH. in future from that place to seremban town...only takes around 10 minutes.

Further more...those ppl who work in KL dont need to worry about the jams in semenyih town ( Jalan Semenyih ) during peak hours coz they can direct take exit from the SILK ----- LEKAS highway.

My opinion : - own stay is safer.....

( Recently...lots of vacant units in Taman Pelangi 2, coz most units for investment purposes )

aiya...enter to KL sure jam no matter u come from anyway..... working in Balakong oso got small jam depend the office location. nowadays, everywhere is jam....

Nearest cinema u can watch in Metro Plaza Kajang( Lotus Five Star), sing k n play bowling (Metro Point Kajang)

Just now go to EW round round... Today just give number for terrace house... Next month will launch the Semi-D n bungalow lot (rm130/sqf)....

That one will be done in Abaco or Ecohill2 or what else name they will give in future.....as I know it won't be done in this coming 5 years...Coz both of the developer mention that is 10 years plan....

In year 2014 the price just go up to RM600k for the same unit (land size 322 meter persegi with build up 1805 sqf). and for intermediate unit RM300k++. and most of the house still very new and in a good condition. most of the Taman here got G&G without CC TV. if for a small family, if they wanna buy a unit for own use. they sure will choose to buy the sub-sale coz the price is even more cheaper than the new launch terrace house (SEH-terrace start from RM400++K). somemore the taman already got people move in.

actually, in Semenyih still got a lot of terrace house(new, not use- for sub-sale) price start from RM300++k. so in my opinion, if anyone who wish to do flipping for a terrace house price start RM500k++ is every difficult. i dont said it is impossible but just need the time to hold it.

anyhow, im a newbie, please correct if im wrong.

anyhow, as my experience...i got few property here...all complete within 2 years....EM already clear their land, show unit and sales gallery in the process.....SEH first launch project oso will complete next year....most of the developer start their first step first before they doing their launching....

agreed....this phenomenon in Semenyih is very common.....out from home 5.30am-6.00am and back to home 8.00pm-9.00pm for whom to work in KL, Subang n Shah Alam....
