Yes.....it is very close....and thats the main attraction why ppl wants to buy EM and SEH. in future from that place to seremban town...only takes around 10 minutes.
Further more...those ppl who work in KL dont need to worry about the jams in semenyih town ( Jalan Semenyih ) during peak hours coz they can direct take exit from the SILK ----- LEKAS highway.
My opinion : - own stay is safer.....

No jam at lekas highway ... But if u r working at kl... U need to enter either silk-besaraya or silk-grand saga highway... Both are jam after 6am.... Unless u working at Balakong ...
