I am not sure you guys aware of not. The floor to floor height is pretty generous. And make no mistake, skirting is provided and should be provided.

I remember owning a house that doesn't have skirting. During cardio time I.e. Mop floor time, the mop keep whacking the wall, smearing the paint....75 mm skirting will do the magic.

Btw, i know u guys talked abt the GnG in EM. I remember checking with SA during the mapex fair and thar guy told me gated here is those nicer looking fencing (with EcoMajestic logo). Looks like the entrance of the each precinct design. Not sure how talk... I feel is better this way than have the brick wall.
