TKJ, after EM make the announcement publicly about the launching, I am quite sure bosses will send bangla/indo for queing.

In order to avoid such incident, most likely EM will make such arrangemen provide number on FCFS, but unit selection is on ballot system.

i.e. Provide 400 ++ number (plus 100 reserve) on FCFS basis - everyone reach early sure will have unit. However, unit selection is on ballot system, means even you get number 1, doesn't mean you can get your desired unit as well    . So no point big bosses hantar bangla/indo there early.

The buyer now even more difficult, need to reach there early and depend on luck to get the unit you want..      My godness..

If really use this system, I foresee they will be many drop out units, but if EM is confident on their product, should be no issue.

They will will issue 400 numbers on saturday (if got 400 units DSL open to public)
Another 100 numbers for waiting list
So Sunday will do balloting for the first 400 numbers.

No larh Andrew. There are four types of terrace i.e. 20x70, 22x70, 22x75 and 22x80.

Lowest entry will naturally be the smaller type 20x70. Face north. Face houses. No premium should be in the region of 600K.

Staff and assoc allocation is not done by prices or as they like. First phase in EM, they wanna reward keen buyers. There are good units there. I saw it myself. Just gotta be there early.

this project if u planning to stay there because of its living concept and upgrading from condo to landed or landed DSL to SemiD or bangalow... with the budget restriction...just go for it...

if wan to flip or investment (capital appreciation or rental return).....in short term ( < 3 years)...not really a good choice....

Location is quiet far alway from KL...unless u working at Kajang, Seremban area.... I now staying at Cheras selatan...even though the distance to KLCC is appx 25km.... i feel very tiring during travelling .... always stuck in traffic jam.... but fortunately MRT will in service after 2017... at least got option to travel to KLCC...

No LRT, MRT....

Commercial and education hub...still need to take time to develop.....
