Anyway, just to describe more for clearer picture of the situation that day.
Me and wife liked the concept of EcoSky, so discussed that we go earlier to see see look look.
At around 11.30am, I reached the showroom. I believed I am around number 5 (or sort of top 10 ranking).
Other people just come and go. But can see others like me, lingering around the showroom.
There are no queue starting line, not like Fennel where people start queue and know where is the "dragon head"
So, all of us just sit there, chit chat.
Come to the time around 2pm, where the crowd like us (prospective buyers) started to become more and more.
This is where the time when I wondered "how do we make sure we are among the first?"
Because there are still no queue line. All scattered around.
Started to get worried, as we came in the morning. There are those who just arrived at 2pm.
What if they got a better queue number? 

So, to make it short, when those SA started to set up the queue line, people dashed to be the first.
You have to mark my wordings "start to set up queue line". Because all buyers are very alert.
SA take out the cone to set up, they dashed there!!
When the queue line is more or less settled down, that is the time I felt relieved.
At least up till around 4pm, the crowd is still manageable. No people cutting queue.

Hopefully the launch at EM will be organised.

EM entry price itself is very high.. it has to fetch in my personal opinion around 900k to 1 million at least... views ? are much appreciated..

Samkps gor, I arrived 11.30am, doesn't mean I can get top 10.
Coincidentally, I managed to get top 10 number because I fast hand fast leg go queue when saw SA setup. .
The one who get first number is a guy who reached almost same time as me. But there are uncle in front of me who reach later than me.
Depends how you queue.
And yes, the 1st number will get to select his choice unit first. SA will give out a paper and you fill in your Top10 choice units.
Once go in pick unit, can faster loh.
I got my 2nd choice, so still ok.
For example, if you get number 22, and your top choice unit is selected by those in front of you, then you have to repick loh.
And you can take your time pick unit lah, but not to slow. At least they dun limit you to 1minute finger pointing game. 

For the flying kung-fu part, I think we need to be alert and "heng gong". Else aunty and uncle sure faster than you. 
Dun under-estimate the power of aunty!!
