No la. I mean they distributed up to 300 numbers / tickets basis only. Not in term of units.

They could save some for tomorrow or other contingency plan which I not that sure. I believe 395 units will be open to public tomorrow but not necessary all 300 ticket holders would get their desire unit tomorrow, say Number 297 maybe wanted 20x70 intermediate only but fully taken upon his calling, so other may stand a chance.

Cherry pick and pluck on tomorrow? Why ah? Hahahha. This is their first phase. End users will sure comply it by attending today ans tomorrow personally or even up to 5 times as requested. What about investors? The speculators sure put off by tr fact of he must be present today to get the number himself upon 12pm and go again to choose unit tomorrow.

As at 11am++

20x70 left only 3 corners.
22x70 left few corners.
22x75 and 24x75, good corner and end lots taken. Intermediate left about half.

Number reached 250++

If u reach in 1 hour, maybe u stand a chance to buy corner lot only, thats provided the earlier waiting lists skip it.

20x70, left 1 corner.

22x70, dunno how many corner left, looks 3 but South-North West.

22x75 and 24x75 left few intermediate, around 20 maybe. Good small end lots all taken, except some corners facing North South West again and end lots with big land, left few.

Number 420-430 now.

I noticed a lot of early 30s or late 20s left the Gallery on despair due to unable to get any unit of 20x70 or 22x70 intermediate.

Also noticed a lot of 40s just picked the 22x75 and 24x75. Maybe their appetite is bigger.

Some members said response will be so so only ma. Maybe later someone would comment, location and such price, 95% is not a good response.

Even for 1 taikor mentioned it was a rumour or speculatiom that ppl were queing overnight for numbers.

If EW not controlling the que and proxy matters, a lot more investors able to sapu the units and left the own stayers in much harder situation to get one unit.

I saw an uncle joked loudly to the lawyer, I sapu with my kids total 4 bijik. We all going to be own stay here, but I worry the loan bcz we sapu SEH 2 units and many many loans but a lot of FD. Lol

I reckon he took 22x75 and 24x75 bcz that was 3pm.

Mostly corner or end lot units with 20 ft land, facing North West or South West.

If there is any intermediate units, it would be 22x75 but directly facing Surau / Dewan or facing the first main road from entrance.

The problem is very limited edition units.

I fancy the single 24x75 of units 1364-1375 but these are the premium units gone as fast as bfore number 100 is being called.

Same goes to 20x70 facing lake, only 12 units and taken within first 50 numbers I think.

For me, if they reach 75-80% also good dy.

No proxy upon getting number at 12pm @ sat and no proxy again for unit selection on Sunday morning. Not easy task for an interested investor who lazy to go there twice in the space of 2 days. I like this idea but not a prob for those who have friends and cousins. Lol.

I expected these investors might be going today.
