Not sure abt EM, but during SEH surprise launching, many management staffs oso have to be present at the WC before sunrise + obviously way before the sms

What I got from SA and understood, Phase 1 111 Units 22' x 80' (Guarded Only), Phase 2 118 Units 24' x 70' (Guarded Only) and Phase 1 & Phase 2 as one community.
Phase 3 22' x 75' 210 Units (GnG) with townhouse an neighborhood , Phase 4 20' x 70' 216 Units and Phase 5 22' x 70' 223 Units and Phase 4 & Phase 5 under GnG as one community.

They target to launch Phase 1 around Sept/Oct 2014 as they already got DL & AP around RM600K++ but looking at current EM situation going to launch at RM600++, I dont think so they going to launch at that price.

Anyway, just to describe more for clearer picture of the situation that day.
Me and wife liked the concept of EcoSky, so discussed that we go earlier to see see look look.
At around 11.30am, I reached the showroom. I believed I am around number 5 (or sort of top 10 ranking).
Other people just come and go. But can see others like me, lingering around the showroom.
There are no queue starting line, not like Fennel where people start queue and know where is the "dragon head"
So, all of us just sit there, chit chat.
Come to the time around 2pm, where the crowd like us (prospective buyers) started to become more and more.
This is where the time when I wondered "how do we make sure we are among the first?"
Because there are still no queue line. All scattered around.
Started to get worried, as we came in the morning. There are those who just arrived at 2pm.
What if they got a better queue number? 

So, to make it short, when those SA started to set up the queue line, people dashed to be the first.
You have to mark my wordings "start to set up queue line". Because all buyers are very alert.
SA take out the cone to set up, they dashed there!!
When the queue line is more or less settled down, that is the time I felt relieved.
At least up till around 4pm, the crowd is still manageable. No people cutting queue.

Hopefully the launch at EM will be organised.

It's like musical chair....everyone was kaypoh here and there, checking out layout, touch the tiles, kap lenglui, tcss and suddenly everyone queue up in dicispline manner as if Guru Besar baro masok kelas....

Rebut rebut pun dapat tulang saja ! Guru besar masuk bukan masuk sendiri, bawa banyak VIPs (atau VVIPs). VVIP pakai jari tunjuk saja, itu unit habis liao !
