I have higher expectation on the best developer by far on corporate responsibility. Yes, no cherry picking as they like is great, and it's probably the highest standard possible in Bolehland for this lifetime of mine.

If we connect the dots, we could form a loop of staff units, lacing through the best blocks for each of these three types. Take 22x70 for example and counting each half row as one block, then there are 6 blocks for themselves, and 5 out 6 are the best blocks for this type. Well, to me, such skewed treatment is a far cry on wanting to reward keen buyers or property aficionadoes like yourself.

Sure, some people would get very nice units; but my thought here is about distribution.

So far the best rate i heard is RHB. -2.45, no lock in period, but semi flexi.

So far thats the info i get from the RHB guy. Will start applying loan next week.

Hmm, for me, the 2 good blocks u mentioned, I only prefer the lake facing row, a bit privacy.

The other row too near to the roundabout, got good and bad. Good is, nearer to exit and faster to reach home. Lesser risk for break in as near to guard house and many cars passby. But too many cars passby also not an ideal. Have to put signal earlier to avoid minor accident or horning.

1271 - 1296, sibeh good block. I like the unit of 1282 - 1296. And 1204 - 1218, facing no houses.

The table shows the distribution of good units for 22x70.

The conclusion is crystal clear, beyond subjectivity of what are the good units. They clearly reward themselves, and they DID NOT reward buyers.

Previously got car loan with RHB, good payment master, and settle in 3 years, do you think its higher chance to get house loan with RHB again with this reputation?

BTW, hearsay that cluster will increase price again as the new layout shall have a bigger bu with a family hall upstair
