I post this up for others to comment as well. I can see they took two nice blocks and four normal blocks.

The south facing cum roundabout park is good two blocks there...

Maybe I am a bit lembab, I cant understand the meaning of your table and the percentage. I tried very hard to intepret but in vain.

For me, I can see the plan clearly. I know which blocks I want. That is based on tengster's definition and wishlist to buy. Having said all that, I let go my dream on terrace.

I think to the banker, this part is irrelevant and historical. I always cowpeh to bankers, a fresh grad or someone with no credit history get the same rate i.e BLR-2.4%) as other consumers who had strong and consistent credit history with borrowing and monthly repayments...most banker faces will turn paiseh and cant answer...

note - no discredit to fresh grad...just highlighting an example.
