Anyone know whether 3% rebate for early bird need to sign SPA within 14 days or who ever book last weeknd entitle for that package? and did you guys got special offer from bank yet? 😁

Kudos to EW staff!very well organize event last weekend except they tipu kena ada sebelum pkl 9am on sunday to choose unit. Overall, food good, staff also nice.thumbs up!

So far the best rate i heard is RHB. -2.45, no lock in period, but semi flexi.

erm... like what kind of info?
So far thats the info i get from the RHB guy. Will start applying loan next week.
CIMB & Maybank, both -2.4% / -2.45 (must tie up with mrta), 3 years lock in period.

Hi guys, full-flexi vs semi-flexi, which one is better?

Semi-flexi rates better but no cheque book.
Full-flexi slightly inferior rates but come with cheque book facility. However, there's a monthly maintenance fees of RM10.

So far I heard -2.45 is the best and some can only offer this rate if you buy MRTA. Maybank, Am bank and RHB can offer this rate. Semi flexi 1 you have to inform bank when you wanted to make a withdrawal and pay a 1 time fee.

Maybank you can get an option to pay the progressive interest after VP. This will be divided and pay throughout the whole loan tenure. Meaning you dont have to pay any single cent till VP. Disadvantage is that if BLR increases you also need to pay more.

*RHB do not have locking period.

For the balance of the 10% downpayment, after deduct booking fees and 3% discount you can choose to pay by credit card (only alliance bank and maybank) and then monthly payback to bank with zero interest. This is what I heard but to get more info, do check with EW 03-87232255.

Hmm, for me, the 2 good blocks u mentioned, I only prefer the lake facing row, a bit privacy.

The other row too near to the roundabout, got good and bad. Good is, nearer to exit and faster to reach home. Lesser risk for break in as near to guard house and many cars passby. But too many cars passby also not an ideal. Have to put signal earlier to avoid minor accident or horning.

1271 - 1296, sibeh good block. I like the unit of 1282 - 1296. And 1204 - 1218, facing no houses.
