For Eco Majestc, I am wondering how much upside will it be upon VP. Beside Eco Majestic, at the same place there is an equally well planned huge project, Ecohill I and 2 and of course there are plenty of already built landed properties and empty land in the vicinity which are still reasonably cheap. Though we cannot compare light for light but it can be used as reference. Heard Ecohill will be launching their 3 storey shophouses soon. Should be good for investment.

if EM is 600k.. selling price upon VP likely to be ATLEAST 750k... good figure though 2 years provided got takers.. well there are look at tropicana kajang 800k also ppl wallop.. but many freebies and low DP of course

TKJ , you knwo the answer, it depends on how SEH will boom after vp by 2016... it SEH prosperous , EM will definitely take benefit. if banks, shops , are anchoring in those areas with more occupancy i am sure that price might be doable.. the proposed mall is just developers move to boost the township, like setia alam, the shops must anchor those areas to be propserous

bit lower mb 700k..  but upon Vp in my opinion if still too short a time to call for such a figure.. even there are transacted ones at 750k by 2017, that could be a few lucky ones..
