No, on the contrary, eat lesser/ but more fulfilling meals.

If you find yourself hungry eating normal meals + snacking in between, remove these snacks and fit them into your main meals if necessary.

If 3 regular sized meals are making you hungry, try to fit the same amount of food into 2 larger meals.

Eat when you're supposed to and stop when you aren't. If you've been frequently eating snacks at certain times of the day, your body will be "looking forward" to taking in food at that time of the day, everyday. That's why it produces a hunger response which signals you to want to snack on something. (I'm sorry if this sounded off pretty bro-scienceish, but read up on leptin and intermittent fasting for more detailed information).

Slowly, try to scrap off this habit if you are concerned that you are overeating when practicing snacking

Another thing is: try to include higher protein, fibre based foods to promote satiety. Personally, i also find that by drinking more water/ coffee during or between my meals aid in curbing hunger.

Hope this helped! Check out my page at www.facebook.com/fastfoodphysique
