Actually, stutter-stepping is fun and is why I still play my DH and geared him around IAS. I feel like I'm playing the Amazon again (from D2) or my custom hybrid ele-bow Druid, which the latter had less stutter-stepping implemented.

In any case, stutter-stepping is still pretty much my mechanic as I don't have (and if possible, don't want to) play the M6 style.

Patch 2.1 will be here from 26th August onwards, oh boy ...

I would suggest to get it straight from Blizzard/Battle.net.

They too give discounts from time-to-time, but I think there isn't one at the moment for Diablo III/RoS/battle chest/Necromancer pack.

As mentioned, they have sales from time-to-time where they have anywhere between 33% to 66% discount, though not sure when the next one will be.

It depends on what you need:
VIT - for toughness
CDR (Reduce cooldown of all skills) - if you still can't keep up Vengeance indefinitely
MS Dmg % (Increase Multishot Damage) - if you want an overall boost to MS

All items not collected within 30 days after a Season ends, or from when a character was rebirthed is completely deleted from their system if it was not retrieved in that time frame.

Web profiles can take almost forever to update.
