Both proportions seem good. But I will probably go with the second one because I like its numbers a little more. You will still need to see the actual image at least before making a decision.

Based on these videos, I will pick the first one as it looks better than the other two. Good contrast.

The Baemont diamond looks decent, but you can try to find even better ones, especially when it comes to clarity, the price difference between higher grades and lower grades is not that significant (as in total cost) when it comes to lab grown diamonds. The arrows look good enough, but I hope it to be better, you can perhaps ask Baemont to offer you multiple options, try ask for higher clarity too. I am unable to see the crown and pavilion angle of th Baemont diamond, so you may have to check with them.

The ZCOVA link seems broken, but based on the certificate number, the diamond has nice proportions. Nonetheless, the diamond may no longer be available.

As for why the diamond have price differences is entirely dependent how much margin the seller wants to charge you. My customers bought directly from overseas themselves and 1 carat HPHT, D color, VVS cost around 300-400 USD. I am not sure about the shipping, should be free. But even if pay, should still be cheaper. The downside is that you are basically doing it on your own and it is a leap of faith for many newbies. When I mentioned "my customers" is because there come to me for ring settings. They only source the main diamond from overseas site that offer lab-grown diamonds. Another downside is that the ring setting cost from my side will be obviously higher than getting it done from any local jeweler that bundles together with the diamond. So the DIY route and getting under 1 roof from a jeweler may still be rather similar.
