Really? I had bad experience where there is their material defect they do not replace... Had a few delays of my repair also from a week become 2 weeks... which lastly they replace the whole mobo...
During my waiting time I also saw a few ppl screw them, they did not admit got problem... even they say is like that one which I see pity uncle n Auntie got conned... got a guy which sent his tab10.1 for 5th time cos cannot charge problem...
Some others more... so there is always pros and cons not that perfect as u said... BTW u wanna say service, try others product only u know... my experience with Lenovo, Sony and HTC is more pleasant...

Nexus 5 price during launch is scary oh.. wanted to get it but .. then look at moto x.. not available in malaysia during that time.. then heard about how good xiaomi from IMOS boss in Taiwan. So mah give it a try lo.. loves it so much then.. hehe..
n now they said another taiwan brand also good.. some more better than xiaomi in specs but cheaper.. haha
