Since Xiaomi Products Launched in Malaysia. Powerbank / Mi3 and accessories.

Now question is : -
Now Mi3 is in Malaysia, Is the Official Rom for Mi3 which is MIUI V5 will be same as Singapore Rom which few features was not available in Singapore Rom like Music Streaming and Video Streaming due to Copyright Act.?

It is because Xiaomi initially only for China Market. Just recently they open the market to Internationally. Maybe in months to come, more rom will available I guess.
