hye guys. im gonna be in damansara/ dataran sunway area for about 3 weeks.

i got a course in TWI sungai buloh. so i stayed in damansara area.

is there any ghetto pay per entry or cheap monthly membership around?
not gonna go heavy but maybe some deadlifts and squats if im in the mood. thanks!

haha. not that ghetto but cheap lah. flex and fix seems nice. 70 per month. im gonna thre for three weeks. seem ok la. from their facebook pictures, it got power rack too.

my place 80 per month with no squat rack / power rack.

buying ur own barbell and racks for long term damn saving la.
