which MMORPG game does not really have lvls?

for this game, you can do quest to gain lvl...not just by killing monsters...doing quest is slow but rewarding

the thing i like when i play the taiwan server: going to a dungeon with 20-30 guild members and take 2hrs to find and slaughter the boss there...can get a unique red color armor or weapon from it...so rewarding and fun

Can all the characters train the same class? or inorder to become a certain class, u must choose certain character?
