Hi guys, need help to replace my 8 years old PC

[Budget]- RM 1000-RM1500

[Purpose] gaming (FPS, FIFA), 1080p movies,office work

[Hardwares that will be re-use] HDD, DVD-RW, PSU ( Tagan Dual Engine TG700-U25),GPU HD4850

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Mostly FPS game.

[Personal preferences]Power saving if possible

[Location] JB

The GPU is planning to change at the end of year. Can be included so I can do some budget. Thanks
