Bro you've been asking about GPUs and SSDs since V4. Did you buy the 290 yet?

Sometimes people just need to take the leap of faith. Endless questioning on which is faster is never ever going to justify the actual user experience. Basically, I doubt if one could actually feel the difference, on top of what the numbers on the chart shows. biggrin.gif If one has never used a SSD before, even going for the el-cheapo Kingston V300 is going to be like miles faster than whatever they've ever used before. nod.gif

Well, that ones settled. So now SSD just get the Intel 530. Chocobo7779 said the same back in V4 as what rav3n82 told you earlier. Plus it has a 5 year warranty. Can't go wrong.

Sandisk Extreme II? Ultra Plus? Those are pretty fast Sandforce based drives.

Yeah I know. But I was more of just wondering if he did get the GPU yet, cuz I remember he was comparing between 290, GTX780 and GTX560 SLi or something similair. Forgot what it was exactly. So just wanted to ask. biggrin.gif

But yeah, for SSDs of similair class you can't tell the difference if you're just gaming or doing normal computing. Just pick one with a long warranty and good track record and you're good to go.

120GB one? biggrin.gif Seriously, I would suggest not upgrading your SSD, unless maybe you're considering going for higher capacity only. You would unlikely feel the difference in doing so.

Desktop kit is with the 3.5" to 2.5" adapter, cable and screws. Seems like they have 2 options, one with, another without (just drive only). Usually Intel ones come with desktop kit by default.

Hi guys. Just wanna update you all.
After i change casing to Graphite 230T last 2 days, i monitor the temp. Much2 better. 280X now max gaming is hover around 73c. Idle 38-39c. It is true that the casing + airflow with proper fan, can make significant improvement in temp. Love my setup now.  wub.gif

Teaser the 230T with JetFlo.

SSD are typically 2.5" based drives. Older casings may not have proper mountings for 2.5" drives, so the 3.5" adapter may come in handy there.

No issues with modern casings now, as they usually come with a dedicated 2.5" mounting point.

Correct. But to replace the front two fans with JetFlos is brilliant. Tons of airflow.
