Please vote yes for QA. Theres an evil major stakeholder inside dont want QA, just want to eat the yield. This is preventing smaller shareholders be profitable by having a successful oil asset acquisition. this is the last chance to buy the cheap assets before the oil companies restructure their company, which it gets harder to acquire.
