I think I want to buy a PS3 because I don't have a budget last time but I wonder... is it still worth it to buy a PS3 right now?

of course. there are tons of games to be played, and also considering the fact that ps4 is still new and currently doesn't support backward compatibility (yet).

Absolutely. There are many cool games that are still coming out on both systems PS3 and PS4, such as Destiny, Watch Dogs, Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls etc.. If you do not want to miss the glorious games that the PS3 have had back in their early days, you can get the used games at the lowest price possible.
The best old games for the PS3 is:
1. Starhawk
2. Vanquish
3. Tales of Xilia (still new)
4. Kill Zone series; KZ2 is a super in multiplayer!
5. God of War series
6. Uncharted series
7. Bioshock series / Resistance series (love two player game)
8. Warhawk (love the game!)

And many more, in case you do not want to miss all that, I can see why not.

Yep. Still worth your money considering that there are numerous game title still available to choose from.

Plus, the graphic on PS3 imho was better than Xbox360 (especially when playing heavily-enhanced graphic games such as FFXIII).

Since PS4 is not backward compatible, it is still worth to consider buying a PS3.
