is there any settings to be done on access point to allow connection for coc?

im on maxis via ipstar satelite broadband, tplink access point for wireless network. If my fon or tab connected to the access point, cannot load coc. other apps working fine though.

yes, i believe i have already highlighted that. What i keen to know now is how do i unblock should there be any? have you experienced this before? i tried coc on bluestacks, its connected to the same wifi network on ipstar bb. it loads, but all buildings, people is black in colour. can't really play if cannot identify what is what.

my area 3g or 2g very poor, have to use satelite broadband
