My clan is half as good but has won 48 wars easy...

I see most of the clans you are paired with are asian clans....most probably you always start war at 6pm~12am.
Asian clans i must say are very good.

My clan never starts war at this time...usually 10am ~3pm.

Try it... may or may not work the first time, but no harm trying

Actually, its not all about using the balloons....some even use balloons with out anything else, even heroes also dun have, yet 3 star max bases easily
Those ppl playing with Hacks, for practice over and over again

Always change bases from Prep to actual to waste the time of the Xmod user to practice on your base. Or use the same base but change the Traps and hidden tesla and skeleton location.

Dun use an ultra easy base for the prep, instead use a difficult one too. So the enemy thinks its the real one.

But end of it all, they still got time to do a trial run on your actual base. Getting hit 3 star by a TH10 with max troops is pretty norm now.
