Excluding The Andes, got at least 3 more projects in this area for future.

Jalan kinrara bkt jalil gona be more packed in future. This piece of land by fajarbaru is quite huge. Gonna have commercial complex ka? Can match bkt jalil with its pavillion2?

This bukit jalil / oug keep coming up with un offordable highrise.

look like oversupply soon.

if they plan for another complex within bukit jalil/kinrara area, it might hurt their balance sheet.

Kinrara army camp road leading to bandar Kinrara is already congested moat of the time with the roadside stalls and the primary school.. and Kinrara mas residents exiting from that area. ..my goodness

Giant kinara is just a stone throw away.. pls. .no more

I was about to work on a proposal to relocate the Army Camp and its associated quarters there.

Need to free up space for housing.

This road will be upgraded to 2X2 and KIDEX highway will exit there also with LRT nearby

8 kinrara just opposite the kinrara bkt jalil road i remember should come with commercial facilities also. Should give a bit of variation to kinrara ppl.

plenty of commercial options..The old bintang area is a bit rundown but it is still thriving..not to forget the jumbo and oldtown shop lot areas..

Still too early to say.

Boss, this is a big piece of land. Can shed some light on the proposed development? Rumour has is that it belongs to SM and a mixed dev of commercial and residential?
