Can't remember already. I think Kadala route would be easier since legs don't drop as regular as the early days of ROS.

You can farm this in super Mario ... You will need to kill the last evil turtle boss which drops this... Then you are given an option to either transfer it to diablo 3 or get a free cookie...

Oh well, the guy sincerely asking question and you guys giving some funny answers.

Well the reality is (which probably TS noticed by now) that legs have no specific drop points with exception to mats and cache/torment specific items which is well documented. The other possibility is gambling for it via Kadala.

So to gurantee a drop you have farm for long long time till RNG drops one for you. Farming torment 6 improves your chances if your gonads can take it. Good Luck!

Not really hard to farm shards if you leech in Rift It Forward

Took me less than 1 hour to leech 400+ shards while farming my crafting mats

Depends on your luck, i got a fairly sucky one after hitting 70.

Nemesis bracers, got 3 so far, ignore stats, it's a hotswap item when you see a shrine/pylon.
