how long does it takes to receive this card? my card was approved last monday but till today i havent gotten the card yet ...

i think if u get rejected from PB unlikely u will get approved by maybank VS as the pledge for FD is even higher for the mbb VS. Perhaps u can pledge FD if u really want the card smile.gif

I applied in june and only got my card in end of July...overally it took more than a month as there were some mistake from their side plus pos laju. Nobody called me at all to let me know about the approval and when they send it out also . I called several time before that and everytime i got a different answer from different customer service agents and they only started panicking when i said that i want to lodge a complaint against all the agents who ever received my calls and also the cc center....the manager actually called me up few days later to apologise to me regarding the issue and said he will try to make sure that this doesnt happen to anyone else...but i have to agree with you, their customer service is near to non existence except for a handful few there....and the reason the manager gave me was at that time a lot of their staffs were on leave for the raya holidays thus there were mismanagement...

yupe i told the manager how can that be an excuse as does that mean they are hiring ppl who are not up to par doing their job? but he apologised and said will look into it so i did not pursue futher since at least they called back and try to make ammend but well damage is done so nothing much the manager can do also....

* fyi, this is just for general knowledge , any complaint towards any agent will make them work a bit harder to improve themselves as i have a friend who works in a bank and if the bank investigate and figure out its your fault, your performance mark will be deducted and that will affect your bonus at the end of the year.

they did the same with my house address and i got the card after several calls to public bank and i think it took six weeks in total....i made an official complaint and was told that they will rectify this issue so that future customer wont have the problems...i guess they still never learn....

err, mine i think it was really the address problem as the item was just kept in pos laju for a very long time waiting for collection but they din even leave the notice for collection in my house as they went to the wrong house with the wrong car....but public bank really have a problem as in shouldnt they like call the customer first to confirm the address as its via email and sometimes they cant interpret ppl's handwriting so the least i expect their cc staffs to do is confirm back the address before sending out the letter....i guess they just never learn and want to create trouble and delay for their customers.

so it means u can get up to rm 120 for rebate?? and not sharing the rm 60 rebate with the supplementary card?
