anyone can shed some lights how to apply for the Public Visa Signature? The online "Apply Now" button doesn't show option to select for this card. Does the previously posted online form still valid? Along with the Online apply card RM150 cash back upon swiping RM1000? Thanks

fill in form and all documents submitted on 20 June. Poslaju delivered the card on 2 July. so within 2 weeks time.
