I applied last Monday (Apr 13) through online application, still no news from PBB so far

Called the PB card service hotline just now to check my application on Apr 13, but the system mentioned couldn't find my information / application in the system.

When did you apply and how did you apply for this card?

I applied online (and submitted all required documents through email) and 2 weeks later, the automated system said application is not found based on my IC #

Similar to my case - submitted online application on 13th of April, check the status on 27th of April and the automated system stated application not found. Resubmitted on 27th of April and didn't received any news from PBB since then.

Received Poslaju delivery notice yesterday and went to pick up the item just now, and it is the PBB Visa Signature card, but I'm not sure if it is from the first or second application.

Just activated the card, still undecided on which promotion to go for - the entry level Samsung smartphone (RM299 MSRP) or the watch (retail price unknown).

Have a question to ask:
- If I pay my Unifi fee through unifi portal, and TNB/Celcom/Maxis fee through UOB Payonline, are these payment qualify for 6% cash back? Or do they qualify for the 12% cash back promotion?

Can you pay Unifi bill using UOB payonline? Which service provider to use? Telekom Malaysia? TM Net?

Received a call from Public Bank earlier today informing me that the complimentary Galaxy V phone will be delivered in 2 weeks. Actually my spending so far on this VS card qualify for both phone and watch, but I don't really like the watch and the phone will be just as back-up phone, or as a spare phone for my daughter when she needs it.

Got the card in mid of May, 1st transaction after register (May 20) was on May 22. Yet to receive my 1st statement on this card, but from public bank online, noticed that my credit limit was increased by almost 100% within the first month! A little bit weird but I'm fine with that.

Plan to utilize the 12 months 0% balance transfer offer for new card member, anyone knows if I can perform BT from 2 different banks for this offer? I recently charged 2 lump sum (~RM20k each) to 2 different cards, original credit limit allows me to BT from either card only, but the increased limit allows me to BT from both cards.

Beside getting call from Public Bank (or their agent - it is a normal mobile phone number?) yesterday, just received a SMS from Public Bank informing me that the smartphone will be delivered in 2 - 5 working days with tracking information attached.
