When my initial application was unsuccessful, i tried to appeal by pledging FD. I was only required to pay RM10 for the setem hasil to be affix to the 'right to set-off' form. Never heard of that 0.5% stamp duty thing at all.

Perhaps PB wanna see EA Form for Annual Income > RM100K

Surprisingly PBB approve my application within a week, just submitted one month payslip and latest EA form.

pubic bank is a very chinaman bank and a very mafan bank...

you have to:
1) call pbb and tell them to enable your credit card to be listed on you pbebank. this enables you to VIEW transaction, but you cannot pay your pbb vs bills.
2) visit pbb and authorize yourself to pay your pbb vs bills. this enables you to pay your pbb vs bills via pbebank.
