guys, so the cash back entitlement is based on statement date rite? Previously i thought is based on calendar month.

According to their Customer Service when you call, it is statement date.

Based on their Product Disclosure Sheet, it is per month. I naik kereta already, now fcuking their CS. I am damn unhappy that their disclosure sheet is misleading and cost me over RM700 of wasted expenditure that I could have parked at other cards I own.

Bear in mind if you spend more after getting the RM60 rebate, you get nothing in online, dining and grocery category. NOTHING! Not even points. Do take note.

Hope none of you naik kereta like me icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes, it's a pleasant surprise. I wasn't even sure I'd get it cos my card 3rd string is 1005.
Anyway, mine is approved on 21/5 and I collected it in June. You might get it too if it's approved earlier or around the same time rclxms.gif Check your account, boys and girls

Yes but I applied online and called them to approve under the 188 promo. The CS is very efficient. I'm very impressed with them since then and based on recent correspondence rclxm9.gif

I also notice PBB's Unbilled Statement is not updated once a day (like most banks)... but at regular intervals within the day.... Pretty cool rclxms.gif
