Why do you guys still want to apply for this card? It seems like a bad cc to me

If you maxed out the cash back available from your first/second card, this can be your third card.
Service are quite bad basically.

I have just applied and I will use it to complement my Wise card. Love to use it for online transaction and groceries EVERYDAY. Besides, there is no annual fee and you do not need to do 10X RM50 transaction per month.

Anyone had any success getting this card via pledging fd? I went last week and I was told that I had to pledge a minimum of 34k in fd. So I filled up the forms etc and as they were processing the fd, they told me that in order to pledge, there's stamping free on the pledge amount, which was rm5 for every 1k, which means it would amount to rm170. After that I just told them to cancel the whole transaction... Wasted an hour + of my time...

Seems like forumer here face bad customer service experience.

the 6% only on dining, grocery and online transaction. I am currently using HLB Wise, personally feel that that card would be better. But, HLB Wise you need to pay annual fees on second year which is RM160.

What do you think?

You need to know how to use your CC benefit correctly.

i thought i already mentioned about this back in december 2014?

QUOTE(victorywp @ Dec 22 2014, 07:26 PM)
pbb revised some rules already:
1) minimum fd pledging is rm34k, no longer rm30k
2) credit limit is 90% of the fd amount, no longer 100%
3) stamp duty rm5 for every rm1k fd pledging amount, no longer rm10 stamp duty for the whole process

I had submitted the application and supporting docs since 7 working days ago. Just called to check on the status, the application still being process...

Why they need to take so long? :-(
Anybody know how long they will revert the application status?

By the way, do we still need to pay for the Credit Card Service Tax? I assume this has been abolished?

Submitted my application vial email on 26 March and received the card today via Poslaju.

Immediately spent 1k for some shopping vouchers to be eligible for the 0% Balance Transfer promotion. Already faxed them the form and hope that can be done before the due date of the other card which is on 11 April sweat.gif

May I know normally how many days for them to approve the BT application? hmm.gif

Thanks

Damn, missed the free Samsung Galaxy phone promotion. Is there any other promotion going on for this card now?

Thinking of getting this one to complement my HL Wise and Maybank amex. Since Maybank will be devaluing its treat point beginning next month I need a card that gives me cash back on week day grocery spending. This one fits the bill and also gives me cash back for online transactions.

Two questions:
1. The RM 50 service tax is no longer applicable after GST right?

2. Is Ben's grocers in Publika under groceries for this card?
